1. How can I receive a catalog?
We would be happy to send you a free catalog. Simply use our online form, send us your name and the shipping address to email@example.com, or call us at 1-866-917-7333, Option #3. Catalogs are mailed upon request, so please allow up to 7 days before you receive it.
2. What methods of payment do you accept online or over the phone?
We are happy to accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
3. How will you bill my credit card?
DDMO LLC will be the charge that appears on your credit card statement.
4. Do you ship to my State?
Due to the nature of our products, we are prohibited from shipping items to the following zip codes: The entire States of UT and northern portions of FL (32013, 32066, 32300-32699, and 34400-34499).
5. Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a P.O. Box.
6. How much is your shipping and handling?
Our Standard shipping charge is $7.99, which takes three (2) to seven (5) business days. If you would like to receive your order in one (1) to two (2) days, Express shipping is also available and starts at $21.50.
7. How discreet will my order be shipped?
Your package will be shipped securely and discreetly in a plain wrapping with no company details on the outside.
8. How long does it typically take for me to receive my order?
We process orders as they come in, and ship immediately from our warehouse in California. Each order is shipped via the US Postal service or DHL, Monday through Friday. It may take up to 24 hours to process orders received. Orders shipped Standard (First Class or DHL Global Mail Express) will take two (2) to five (5) business days. Orders shipped Express will take one (1) to two (2) days.
9. How can I check on the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by clicking here, and completing the information requested. You may also contact us by calling our Customer Service Department at 1-866-917-7333, Option #2. We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday.
10. What if an item I ordered is back ordered?
It is unlikely to order something that's on back order; however, if this does occur and an item is out of stock the dailysensations.com Customer Loyalty Team will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like a replacement item. If you did not provide any contact information, your order will be filled as soon as possible.
11. What do I do if an item I receive is defective?
DVD's can be returned for a full exchange or credit within 90 days. We cannot issue exchanges or credits on any toys, novelties, or rubber goods that have been opened. Please use the original box and packing materials, if in good condition, and ship parcels to:

12. What is your return policy?
We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it to us within 90 days for a 100% credit. We do not offer check or credit card refunds. We Cannot issue exchanges, credits or refunds on any toys, novelties or rubber goods that have been used or worn.
14. What is your email policy?

With your permission, we will send you emails periodically for special offers and discounts we have. We believe in upholding the privacy of each individual customer. 15. How do you protect my personal information?

16. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
dailysensations.com is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to California only. If you are a California resident the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
17. How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact the dailysensations.com Customer Loyalty Team at 1-866-917-7333, Option #2 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are processed and shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
18. Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses and Canada.
19. Will I have to sign for my package?
Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package excluding express mail delivery. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
20. The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
dailysensations.com is very sorry that the item that you want is out of stock. We strive to maintain our inventory to match our customer's desires. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis. Most backorder items are fulfilled within 1-3 business days. If your item is out of stock please check back within 5 Business days or contact dailysensations.com Customer Loyalty Team at 1-866-917-7333, Option #2 for more information.
21. Is it safe to use my debit card online?
Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account.
22. How old do I have to be to purchase?
DDMO LLC does not sell products to those less than 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may NOT buy our products.
23. I would like to place an order through the mail - How can I pay?
We accept check, money order, credit, debit and cash payments through the mail.
24. I would like to be unsubscribed from your mailings- What do I do?
DDMO can only guarantee the removal of your name and address if you provide us with the "MAIL CODE" number that is printed right above your name and address on the order form. Please allow 30 days to be completely removed due to mail already being in circulation.

27. Why was my DVD in a white sleeve and not in a case?
In order to offer the best deals and keep our pricing as low as they are; some of our products are in white sleeves. However, we do offer a wide variety of movies that come in cases and artwork.
